PRIVACY

Privacy policy

Effective 2026-10-02.

Data we process

Account data may include your name, email address, language, saved notices and radar definitions. First-party audience measurement records page paths, session identifiers, device category and external referrer. Cybaxter does not require advertising trackers for core operation.

Purpose

Data is used to provide accounts, saved searches, opportunity monitoring, security, service analytics and support.

Storage

Application data is stored in the Cybaxter database hosted with the service infrastructure. Public procurement information may be cached locally for performance.

Third-party data sources

Searches use official public procurement APIs, including TED. Opening official documents or external portals sends you to those third-party services and their own privacy policies.
