Information service

Cybaxter organises public procurement information for commercial research. It does not guarantee that an opportunity is suitable for a user, that a tender remains open, that a contract will be awarded, or that a supplier relationship will result from an award signal.

Official notice prevails

Users must verify deadlines, eligibility, procurement documents, values, amendments and submission instructions on the official source before acting.

Accounts

Users are responsible for their account credentials and for lawful use of the service. Automated extraction, resale of accounts and interference with the service may be restricted.

Availability

External data sources can be unavailable, delayed or incomplete. Cybaxter may cache, normalise and display data without altering the legal status of the original notice.
